What is core-dump ?
Today,

For that watch this Video ( Language Hindi )
What is illegal instruction core dumped ?
= > Accessing memory that "does not belong to you" causes a Core Dump/Segmentation fault.
A core dump occurs when a piece of code attempts to read and write in a read-only memory location or a freed memory block.
It's an error that means there's a problem with the memory.
The following are examples of common segmentation errors:
Changing the literal value of a string:
Because the line *(str+1)= ‘n' tries to write a read-only memory, the following programme may crash (give a segmentation fault error).
In > C
int main()
{
char *str;
/* Stored in read only part of data segment */
str = "GfG";
/* Problem: trying to modify read only memory */
*(str+1) = 'n';
return 0;
}
