What is NPR, Introduction of NPR(NATIONAL POPULATION REGISTRATION ) एनपीआर का परिचय A. परिचय 1. राष्ट्रीय जनसंख्या रजिस्टर (NPR) देश के सामान्य निवासियों का एक रजिस्टर है। यह नागरिकता अधिनियम 1955 और नागरिकता (नागरिकों का पंजीकरण और राष्ट्रीय पहचान पत्र) नियम: 2003 के प्रावधानों के तहत स्थानीय (ग्राम / उप-टाउन), उप-जिला, जिला, राज्य और राष्ट्रीय स्तर पर तैयार किया जा रहा है। भारत के प्रत्येक सामान्य निवासी के लिए एनपीआर में पंजीकरण कराना अनिवार्य है। एक सामान्य निवासी को एनपीआर के उद्देश्यों के लिए परिभाषित किया जाता है, जो पिछले 6 महीने या उससे अधिक समय से स्थानीय क्षेत्र में रहता है या एक व्यक्ति जो अगले 6 महीने या उससे अधिक समय तक उस क्षेत्र में निवास करने का इरादा रखता है। बी। उद्देश्य 2. एनपीआर का उद्देश्य देश में हर सामान्य निवासी का एक व्यापक पहचान डेटाबेस तैयार करना है। डेटाबेस में जनसांख्यिकीय के साथ-साथ बॉयोमीट्रिक विवरण शामिल होंगे। सी। जनसांख्यिकी विशेष 3. प्रत्येक सामान्य निवासी के लिए प्रत्येक व्यक्ति का निम्नलिखित जनसांख्यिकीय विवरण आवश्यक है: व्यक्ति का नाम घर के मुखिया...

  Subsidies and Price Controls of Malaysia           The Malaysian government subsidizes and control prices on a lot of essential items to keep the prices low. Items such as palm oil, cooking oil, petrol, flour, bread, rice and other essentials has been kept under market prices to keep cost of living low. In 2008, the government announced that it has spent RM40.1 billion in 2007 in subsidies to keep prices levelled. Smuggling and hoarding, which led to shortages, is a prominent problem in Malaysia due to the subsidies. For example, cooking oil is subsidised for domestic use only. This situation creates an environment where industrial players hoard domestic cooking oil for industrial use. During shortage time, such as the January 2008 cooking oil crisis, the government imposed a 5 kg limit for each purchase to relief domestic demand.
